Minister dedicated to skills development
The Honourable Thembalani Thulas Nxesi, Minister of Public Works announced in his Opening Address at the TotallyConcrete Expo 2013 that skills development, including youth, and accelerating the roll-out of the infrastructure development projects, will be a key focus of his department.
